Choir Fees Print E-mail

Welcome to the Vocal Music Program at El Dorado High School. In order to run a successful vocal program,
there are costs involved that are shared among all participants. Below is a summary of your expected fair
share of the costs to participate in the vocal music program. In addition we will have several fundraisers
throughout the year to help raise the funds necessary to support this successful program.

Fair Share of Costs for Students:

___ Fair Share $100 (May be made in 4 payments of $25 (9/15, 10/15, 11/15 and 12/15) –
This includes $75 for Prism Costumes (which you keep) and $25 for bus fees for any transportation during the year.

___ Dress Cost Girls (all new girls or girls that no longer fit in last year’s dress) $90
(1/2 Due at fitting and ½ due by November 1st) (Please note that we will be using the choir
dresses from the last two years in an effort to keep costs down for families)

___ Tuxedo Rental Males $45 (Due at fitting early October)

___ Tie and Cummerbund- Concert Choir $15 (Due 10/1 – for all new students or returning students that lost last year’s)

___ Tie and Cummerbund – Vocal Ensemble $20 (Due 10/1 – for all new Vocal Ensemble members or Vocal Ensemble members that lost last year’s)

___ Garment Bag $18 (all students- prior year students can use their old bag)

___ Shoes – Girls $32 – prior year students can use their old shoes (due at dress fitting)

___ Tuxedo Shirt – Males $20 (purchased by student at Friar Tux in Fall)

___ Black Shoes and Socks – Males (personal choice of black dress shoe by student)

___ Vocal Music T Shirt and/or Sweatshirt $15-$25 (Due by mid October)

Other Possible Costs

___ District Concert $3 each – 2 tickets

___Tinsel Concert $5 Each

___ Prism Tickets $10 Each

___ Patron Sponsorship $40- $130 (Due by November 30)

___ Tinsel Gift Card Donations - $15 will receive 5 free drawing tickets for Tinsel intermission drawing

Please note that if you have financial difficulty meeting any of these obligations; please contact Mr. Peterson directly to work out a plan.
